I’ve found a reproducible bug on YouTube which stops you from commenting. I went to their support pages and the bug wasn’t listed, so I followed this link:
and here is the page it links to (tested in IE and Chrome)
I’ll bet the last release of the YouTube site saw a dramatic fall in reported bugs. Well done YouTube, you must have released a really good quality build!
